- Work on brushing them, and baths while they are young. This will help prepare them for the groomer. Do not take them to a groomer until they are fully vaccinated.
- Wait until at least 6 Months of age to take them to the groomer. They will then have some of their adult coat by then.
- The wavy, curly adult coat will start replacing the soft, fluffy puppy coat around 5-7 months of age.
- Clip their nails often and clean their ears.
- Goldendoodles can be new to your groomer. I recommend knowing what you like and want so that you help explain it to them. I personally like the Teddy Bear Haircut.

*Muzzle hair left long by using rounded scissors.
*Body Length left 1.5-2 inches long.
*Feet Trimmed for a rounded Paw.
*Blending shears to help blend hair evenly around the face and ears. *Long tail feathering and tapered towards the tip.
